Peter's early training in glaze combinations with potters at the Monte Lupo Pottery Studio contributed to his interest in and strong use of colour in his work. Text and figurative images are combined in Peter's work to create visually strong images. Painting enables Peter to respond to experiences, people and subjects in his life. Peter has worked in a range of mediums from pen to oil painting as well as water color and acrylics. Currently, Peter works in acrylic and pen and has exhibited his work regionally, interstate and internationally.
