Access Arts values volunteering and invests in appropriate volunteer training and development. A number of our volunteers have become salaried staff members or have been contracted to run arts workshop programs.
Our management Committee recognise that Volunteering is a pathway to employment through our organisation and it makes sense for Access Arts to recruit workers appropriately and/or encourage people from our volunteer base to apply when positions become available or are advertised.
